Each line of the file corresponds to a regulatory motif (position-dependent weight matrix). The first column on each line gives the name of the regulatory motif. The next columns (second, third, etc) correspond to transcription factors that have been associated with the regulatory motif. For each TF the format gives 1) Percent identity on the amino acid level between the DNA binding domains of this TF and those of TFs known to bind this regulatory motif (a number between zero and one) 2) The ENTREZ GENE ID of the TF. 3) The TF name. 4) A description of the TF (this field may be empty). 5) Aliases (this field may be empty). 6) The RefSeq ID of the TF's transcript. 7) A list of synonyms (comma, separated). These fields are separated by ":" characters.
